Navigating a child's cancer journey can be overwhelming. This group offers a supportive space where you can find connection, education, and tools for self-care.

Six Week Session - March 25th - April 29th

Tuesdays at 12:00 - Online Sessions

Cost $60 includes all six sessions with a sliding scale option

What You’ll Experience:

  • Understanding Your Nervous System: Learn how stress impacts your body and mind and discover ways to calm and regulate your responses.

  • Somatic Practices for Healing: Explore gentle, body-centered techniques like breathwork, simple movement, and grounding exercises to release tension, restore balance, and build resilience. No prior experience needed—these methods are practical, accessible, and designed to help you feel more present and in control.

  • Shared Support and Processing Time: Connect with other parents who understand your experience, share stories, and find emotional relief in a compassionate, judgment-free environment.
